- All guests are required to present original and valid identification documents upon check-in. Foreign guests must provide a passport together with a valid visa or residence card. Vietnamese guests must present a valid National ID Card/ passport / birth certificate for kids. - Resort check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. - Pets are not permitted on the resort premises. Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the resort. - Additional guests will be subject to extra charges in accordance with the resort’s policies. - Cooking by guests is not allowed. If guests would like to cook in the room, a cooking surcharge will be applied as follows: VND 3, 000, 000 net (for Condotel) per stay or VND 4, 000, 000 net (for Villa) per stay.
