About InterContinental Grand Ho Tram
- All guests are required to present original and valid identification documents upon check-in. Foreign guests must provide a passport together with a valid visa or residence card. Vietnamese guests must present a valid National ID Card/ passport / birth certificate for kids. - Resort check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. - Pets are not permitted on the resort premises. Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the resort. - Additional guests will be subject to extra charges in accordance with the resort’s policies. - Please be informed the surcharge for kids could be collected upon check in, depending on payment methods guest chose on booking website. Surcharges will be as below: * Children 0-3 years old stay for free if using existing bed. * Children 4-11 years old will be charged $10++ per pax per day for breakfast if using existing beds. * Children 12 years old and over will be charged $48++ per pax per day for staying and breakfast. - An extra bed if requested is charged at $30++ per bed per day. (Extrabed cannot be set up in Twin Rooms) * Above prices are NOT including service charge and VAT.
